Things To Do In Pigeon Forge In November
November marks the start of a festive holiday season in the Smoky Mountains and there are tons of great events to check out in Pigeon Forge in November. Pigeon Forge has it all. You can enjoy spectacular Christmas lights, special events and even fireworks!
Here are some of our favorite events going on this month.
Experience The Driving Tour of Lights
Winterfest in Pigeon Forge is an annual event that brings the beauty of the holiday season to life in the Great Smoky Mountains. When you visit Pigeon Forge this month you can enjoy driving down Pigeon Forge Parkway to see impressive holiday displays and moving scenes that feature over 5 million Christmas lights!
Pigeon Forge’s Welcome Center offers free maps to help guide you on your cruise. If the timing of your visit is right, you can even attend the Winterfest Kickoff Celebration in Patriot park that features live music, and a lighting ceremony.
Visit Christmas at Dollywood
Dollywood is amazing at any time of year, but during Christmas, Dollywood transforms into one of America’s best Christmas events. Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Christmas is an amazing event that gives you all the magic of the holidays. Check out the beautiful decorations, live Christmas shows, and even special displays.
This great event runs throughout November and December.
Watch Thanksgiving Fireworks at the Titanic
While it might not seem like something that is Thanksgiving related, the fireworks show at the Titanic is a must-see that will pep up everyone’s Thanksgiving holiday. The Titanic museum hosts the largest fireworks display, right along the Pigeon Forge Parkway. In this Thanksgiving night event, fireworks are fired off the deck of the Titanic to honor the lives of passengers, crewmembers and rescuers that perished when the ship sank.
The fireworks display is an exciting, perfect way to end your perfect holiday getaway.
